What information can we let other FGL users see? (You can change this at any time.)

We're excited to meet you! Please take a moment to introduce yourself to the rest of the FGL community of sponsors and developers. This step is optional but highly recommended!

Can we send you occasional offers from companies who will make you more successful? Don't worry, we will never give your email address (or any other personal info) to anybody, ever. But we might send you occasional offers on others' behalf, if we're convinced they'll make you more successful.

Important Information
  • You, the developer, shall retain all rights, title, and interest in any games uploaded to this site (assuming you owned them in the first place).
  • By uploading your game, you give us the non-exclusive right to display your game and use your descriptive information and images for the purposes of finding a sponsor for your game.
  • For maximum safety we recommend that you site-lock and encrypt your game. (You can do this yourself, or use our free Kindisoft protector while uploading your game.) We take extreme measures to protect your game, and have an excellent record of securing games, but we cannot be held financially responsible for games which are stolen.
  • We reserve the right to remove games for any reason.
  • There is no charge for this service until your game is sponsored or licensed, at which point you will be required to pay a 10% commision of the sponsorship amount.
  • Like most Flash developers, we're a small team with big ideas. We're excited to have you with us on this journey to make Flash games profitable. If you have ideas, we're all ears!
